MISSION

The mission of the Golden Wagon Film Festival is to provide a cultural
and entertaining event for the Fire Island community while recognizing
and honoring independent filmmakers who inspire through artistic
expression. While honoring the creative talents of these filmmakers,
the Festival will also pay tribute to an established artist of film
and television who has a sincere connection and love for Fire Island.
The Golden Wagon Film Festival provides an open-air venue for
filmmakers to screen their works while offering activities to the
public that will enhance the quality of entertainment for this island
community.
